Finally I managed to create a fantastic recipe for croissants. Of course, I recommend it since it took me several weeks to finish the recipe. If they were not good I would never advertise them. Just try the recipe. But if you decide not to follow it thoroughly, I am afraid the final effect might differ. Good luck!

I’m sharing the recipe because I know how difficult it is to get the effect. Thanks to patience, a miracle arose. Most importantly, it tastes just like the gluten containing one and it is not dry.
