Proven recipe for delicious angel wings.
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 g gluten-free flour Mix C Schär
- 6 yolks
- 7 spoons of sour cream (18%)
- salt
- 1 tablespoon of spirits
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder (optional)
- fat (lard or possibly oil)
- powdered sugar
PREPARATION:
- Mix all the ingredients, knead the dough into a homogeneous mass.
- Knock the dough with a rolling pin. Very energetically hit the dough with a rolling pin, then fold the dough and hit again, repeat about 15 times.
- Roll out the dough to about 3mm, cut into strips: about 10 cm long and 3 cm wide. Cut a gash in the middle of the rectangle and pull one end through so it looks like a twist.
- Fry in a hot oil until they are gold.
- Use a paper towel to drain from excess fat.
- Serve with powdered sugar.

COMMENTS:
If the dough is too thick add more cream or yolk, if too thin, add flour.
