INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:
Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl: flour, yeast, salt (do not pour salt on the yeast). Add hot water. Knead for about 6-8 minutes, until the dough is elastic, at the end add a tablespoon of oil and knead again. Form a ball, divide it into two equal parts, form two balls. Roll each ball into a thin round pizza. Roll out the dough at the corners with your fingers. Place the pizza base on a baking tray lined with paper. Spread the dough with ketchup or tomato sauce. Prepare the topping, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
REMARKS:
Add water slowly, keep checking the consistency of the dough. If it is too runny, add a little flour, if too thick add water. You can roll the dough out directly on baking paper.
