I have been organising and leading gluten free cookery courses based on my scientific expertise and on my own experience with gluten free diet since 2013.
These are inspiring events full of interesting facts and real life examples. I put my passion, enthusiasm and energy in every workshop.
Due to high quality of my courses the number of participants is still growing. So far, more than 2000 people have participated in these events organised in various cities in Poland since 2013.
COOKING CLASSES FOR STUDENTS OF NUTRITION SCIENCE AND CATERING COLLEGES
I give Celiac Disease and the Gluten-Free Diet classes.
provide: sharing knowledge in an inspiring and interesting way. I teach basics of gluten free diet, how to read nutrition labels, I give practical, real life advice on how to prepare meals. Since Celiac Disease is a broad subject the class is always planned to the best of a particular school.
I take part in conferences, seminars and symposiums for Celiac Disease and gluten free diet so I can develop my expertise and knowledge.
I am an official representative of Italian gluten free food producer Schär in Poland.
Our collaboration has been developing since 2015 and I have been organising cooking workshops and meetings for people who are on gluten free diet. I also represent the Schär Company at symposiums and conferences.
GLUTEN FREE SHOP
I have been an owner of a gluten free shop All4Celiac www.sklepbezglutenowy.com.pl since 2013 until august 2017. After four years I decided to sell my shop and it is in good hands now, the new owners are great so I sincerely recommend it.
I am currently writing my own cookbook – simple and easy meals for everyone who likes eating well without spending too much time in the kitchen.
