INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tablespoons of flour Mix it Schär
- 2 tablespoons Mix C Schär
- 4 tablespoons sugar / xylitol
- 2 -3 apples
- 5 eggs
- powdered sugar
PREPARING:
Heat the oven to 170 ° C. Cover the baking mold with the baking paper. Sift flour into a bowl. Separate whites from the yolks. Whip the whites into a stiff foam. Then beat egg yolks with sugar in another bowl. Then add sifted flour with a spoon. Mix with a mixer. Add the stiff foam to the yolk mass and blend gently with a spoon. Put the cake into a paper-lined mold. Place the prepared slices of any fruit on top of the cake. Put in a preheated oven to 180 ° C, bake about 30-40 minutes. Leave the cake to cool down for about 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
Tip:
All ingredients should be at room temperature. After adding the stiff whites put the cake to oven immediately.
