TORTILLA
Warm Wraps with chicken are a great idea for a lunch at home. Easy folding, no breaking and short preparation time.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 piece of Wraps Schär
- average chicken breast
- olive oil
- chicken spice
- salt
- Red onion
- paprika (red/ green/ yellow)
- Iceberg lettuce
- several cherry tomatoes
- radish
- olive oil
- lemon
- salt
Preparation:
Wash the chicken breast, clean and cut into cubes. Put the chicken into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add gluten-free spice and a pinch of salt. Mix everything and leave in the fridge for half an hour. While the meat is marinating, prepare a salad and garlic sauce. Cook the marinated chicken on a pre-heated pan over a low heat until it is soft. Add the chicken to the salad.
Wash all vegetables. Peel the onion and cut into feathers, cut peppers into strips, and Cherry radish and cherry tomatoes into quarters. Leave the lettuce and combine with the other ingredients of the salad as you like. Sprinkle everything with a little olive oil, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and add a pinch of salt to taste.
Take the wraps out from the packaging, wash your hands put moist hands on the wrap to soak it on both sides, then put in a preheated oven for 2-3 minutes. Ready Wraps should be flexible.
Put the pre-prepared salad with chicken on a pre-warmed tortilla, pour the garlic sauce and fold it. You can wrap the bottom with food-grade aluminum foil to avoid opening of the wrap. Serve immediately.
Garlic sauce:
Ingredients:
- 1 natural yoghurt (the best is dense, creamy),
- 2 tablespoons of gluten-free mayonnaise,
- 2 teaspoons of sour cream (18%),
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper.
Preparation:
Blend yogurt with mayonnaise and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, add garlic crushed by the press, mix.
