Use Medical ID to save your important health information. Medical ID helps first responders access your critical medical information from the Lock screen, without needing your passcode.

This is a very good solution for people with food allergies or celiac disease. There is a heart icon on the iPhone dashboard – the Health app and you can enter your data on diseases, health notes, allergies and reactions there.

If your iPhone is blocked you can access the Medical ID by tapping Alarm and then tapping Medical ID.
A great solution if you know about it’s existence and are aware of what kind of information is accessible in this app.

You can also add an emergency contact to the Medical ID so in case of you loosing consciousness someone can use your emergency contact and can call for help even if the phone is blocked.

The solution is very interesting, but I have not discovered if it works well in practice.
Wearing a wrist band on allergens in addition is certainly a good idea.

The medical record should contain your basic data: name and surname, date of birth and blood group. These data are very useful in case of emergency like for example a strong allergic reaction.

To get to the medical card on a locked phone simply swipe the screen from the left to right, so that the field in which you enter the PIN code appears, and then click on “Alarm” and “Medical ID”.
