Culinary workshop, Secondary Catering and Hotel Management School in Gdańsk
The participants have learned how to prepare gluten free meals. They received the recipes and quickly created gluten free meals. Both children and adults were present. The parents were cooking and the kids were helping with kneading and making dumplings and sampling of course. In the end the degustation took place. For those more experienced the workshop was an inspiration and it provided support for the beginners.
