Training course, sampling, meeting with Schär Company
As a part of our collaboration I received an invitation to attend a training course to get familiar with the company. Beside the training and sampling gluten free products I have had opportunity to meet gluten free bloggers form all over the world. The Schar Company was very careful if it comes to gluten free meals for us, some of the products are available exclusively in Italy and we visited several restaurants and pizzerias. We have also been a part of Guinness Record in baking the largest gluten free muffin.
