- 1.5 kg of cheese curd
- 10 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- vanilla sugar
- 1 vanilla pudding or creamy pudding
- 2 tablespoons of potato flour
- 200 g butter
- powdered sugar to cover the top
Place the baking sheet with baking paper. Grind the curd cheese or squeeze it 3 times through a potato press. Stir with butter and sugar, add egg yolks and then add curd in small portions. At the end, add the pudding, potato flour, mix everything well with the mixer. Whip the egg whites in a separate container. To make a mass smooth add a tablespoon of whipped egg whites gently but blend thoroughly with the mass of cheese, so that the dough will be fluffy. Put the cheese mass into the springform pan. Bake for 1.5 hours at 170 ° C. Serve the cheesecake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
