CULINARY COURSE, ŁÓDŹ 2015

Workshop, Bussiness and Health Science College, Łódź

We were working in small groups so everybody was busy. The kids were making dumplings, kneading rolls and sampling meals. They appreciated the meals very much so asking if they liked it was not even necessary – no crumbs left. In the end the official degustation took place. The meals were beautiful to watch but they were even better to eat so they disappeared quickly. I must admit the participants was very committed to their baking.
